Non-Refundable Conditions

We will not provide refunds if:

  • Our terms of service were breached.

  • Engaging in disrespectful or abusive behaviour towards the Bot or Developer.

  • Participating in malicious intentions with refunds, such as repeated refund requests, chargebacks, or attempts to exploit the bot or our Refund Policy.

  • The bot has been inactive or went unused.

  • Your order has already been started.

How to request a refund

Direct message Nabi on Discord to request a refund. We will review your request and respond within 5 business days (latest).

Changes to Refund Policy

We reserve the right to modify the Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon updates.
