### Non-Refundable Conditions

We will not provide refunds if:

* Engaging in disrespectful or abusive behaviour towards the Bot or Developer.
* Participating in malicious intentions with refunds, such as repeated refund requests, chargebacks, or attempts to exploit the bot or our Refund Policy.
* The bot has been inactive or went unused.
* Your order has already been started.

### How to request a refund

Direct message [Nabi](https://discordid.netlify.app/?id=998966679663038544) on Discord to request a refund. We will review your request and respond within 5 business days (latest).

### Changes to Refund Policy

We reserve the right to modify the Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon updates.
