By using our services, you acknowledge and agree to adhere to these terms and conditions.

Rights

• We reserve the right to cancel or decline any commission requests at our discretion.

• We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Bot at our discretion if you breach these Terms of Service.

• We retain ownership of the source code for all bots developed.

• Any unauthorised sale of the Bot will result in immediate termination of services.

ETA and Delivery

• We do not work with deadlines or rush orders.

• Delivery time for completing a custom bot varies based on what you ordered and our current workload.

Revisions and Bug Fixes

• All modules/commands are pre-written, if you want changes on command structures such as adding modals or other interactivity, you will be charged $5 per change.

  • If you prefer to opt-out of this fee, you may submit suggestions for specific modules.

Payments

• All payments must be made upfront unless stated otherwise.

• Accepted payment methods: PayPal, Kofi, Cashapp, Vgen

• Read our refund policy for information about refunds.

Your Bot

• The Bot developed for you cannot be invited to more than one community server.

• Depending on server size and bot usage, you may be subject to additional fees for the database and hosting.

• You may request for additional features over time at any point in time.

• We do not guarantee that the Bot will be error-free or uninterrupted.
